Zuccoli Plaza wins Northern Territory Architecture Award

Zuccoli Plaza has taken out the top gong for The Peter Dermoudy Award for the Commercial Architecture category in the 2018 Australian Institute of Architects Northern Territory Awards. The judges applauded both the developer for encouraging such a fresh approach to a local shopping centre, and the architects for their responsiveness to community context, connections and experience.

Designed by The Buchan Group Architects, Zuccoli Plaza, comprises 3,400m2 of retail space with additional covered areas incorporating seating for residents and community groups to meet. After opening mid last year, Zuccoli Plaza has quickly become a vibrant community hub of Zuccoli Village. With an IGA, F45 gym, Terry White Chemmart, newsagency, Cellarbrations bottle shop, medical centre and Rainmaker Cafe, Zuccoli Plaza has everything you need right at your doorstep.

With plenty of parking available, Zuccoli Plaza provides the perfect spot to catch up with friends at the café, squeeze in a work out at the gym or pick up any necessities for the day.
